UK Shipping

FREE - Spend £40 or more for FREE Royal Mail 24 Shipping.
24hr £3.50 - When spending less than £40 
48hr £1.50 - When spending less than £40

Dispatch Times - Where possible, we dispatch orders the same business day if ordered by 12:00 midday Monday - Friday.

Undelivered - Royal Mail is unfortunately, still the fastest and cheapest way to reliably ship our goods. While they quote their estimated 24 and 48h shipping times, this is not a guaranteed service and sometimes orders can take longer to arrive. This is beyond our control and while we are happy to confirm your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to give you the exact whereabouts of your item until a delivery attempt has been made. Important: We will not reship an order which hasn't been delivered until 20-business days has passed. This situation is rare but can happen. Royal Mail will not accept the item as 'lost' until this period of time has passed.

EU Shipping

FREE Tracked - When spending £100 or more (trade orders must spend £300 or more)
3-5 Days Tracked £9.95 - On all orders under £100

EU Shipping Times - We quote 3-5 BUSINESS days. However different countries have more or less efficient customs controls. Our shipping times are quoted as a typical shipping time using a tracked shipping service within the Eurozone 1 area. Some European countries can be far slower at processing orders through customs. 

Quoted delivery times are a guide ONLY as quoted by Royal Mail to your local customs office. Customs clearance and local delivery times are on top. We do not reship or consider orders as lost until 25 business days (Mon-Fri) from shipping date. 

Customs Charges - Our prices do NOT include local taxes and duties. These may be required prior to delivery. If a delivery is refused by the customer they refuse to pay local duties, we will refund the order upon its return to us LESS the actual postage cost we paid. Important: Shipping charges are very high and your £9.95 charge is only a contribution to the actual cost. If you refuse to take delivery, we are also charged for the return of your order which will be taken from the refund amount. Therefore, we highly recommend you purchase with sincerity and see the delivery through.
