UK Shipping*

FREE - Spend £20+ for 2-3 business day Evri service.
Faster £2.00 - Spend £20+ for Next Day Evri service
24hr £4.50 - When spending less than £20 
48hr £3.50 - When spending less than £20

All shipping times are served as a guide and we cannot be held responsible in the event a courier misses a delivery slot. 

Dispatch Times - Orders placed by midday Monday-Friday are typically posted the same day. Sometimes we may require 24 hours to process your order. If you're in a rush, please WhatsApp 07946356439 to alert us. 

Undelivered - For Smoove, we no longer use Royal Mail. Reliability has slipped and we now see no greater reliability with them as we do couriers such as Evri. We find Evri generally deliver a great service, but please accept that with any courier, your local driver can make or break a service. If your item has not been delivered within the stated time, we cannot accept the item has been lost...yet. It's rare, but on occasion items can get stuck in the courier system, especially during public holidays. Therefore the courier services will not acknowledge an item as lost for twenty days. 

Important: Except from exceptional cases, we will not re-ship or refund an order due to missdelivery/non-delivery for 20 days unless there is a clear reason or evidence to suggest the item has indeed been lost or an error has occurred.

EU Shipping

FREE Tracked - When spending £60 or more (trade orders must spend £300 or more)
3-5 Days Tracked £9.95 - On all orders under £100

EU Shipping Times - We quote 3-5 BUSINESS days. However different countries have more or less efficient customs controls. Our shipping times are quoted as a typical shipping time using a tracked shipping service within the Eurozone 1 area. Some European countries can be far slower at processing orders through customs. 

Quoted delivery times are a guide ONLY as quoted by Royal Mail to your local customs office. Customs clearance and local delivery times are on top. We do not reship or consider orders as lost until 25 business days (Mon-Fri) from shipping date. 

Customs Charges - Our prices do NOT include local taxes and duties. These may be required prior to delivery. If a delivery is refused by the customer they refuse to pay local duties, we will refund the order upon its return to us LESS the actual postage cost we paid. Important: Shipping charges are very high and your £9.95 charge is only a contribution to the actual cost. If you refuse to take delivery, we are also charged for the return of your order which will be taken from the refund amount. Therefore, we highly recommend you purchase with sincerity and see the delivery through.
